Including some noteworthy case law updates as well as discussion on GDPR, neurodiversity, menopause rights and much more – this is an event you don’t want to miss!


About the speakers

Gaynor Beckett - Senior Employment Law Solicitor with Avery Law LLP

Gaynor is a highly experienced senior employment lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising clients across various business sectors and industries. As a true employment law generalist, she is known for her candid approach and often described as a safe pair of hands.

Chris Cook - Partner, Head of Employment and Data Protection at SA Law

Chris specialises in advising both businesses and individuals on all aspects of employment law. With significant expertise in data protection law, Chris also has a keen interest in education law and regularly assists state schools in converting to academy status.

David Rushmere - Partner, Solicitor-Advocate and co-Head of the Employment at Machins Solicitors

David has extensive in-house and private practice experience. As a solicitor-advocate, he has spent over 10 years appearing for clients in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal and has considerable practical experience of the judiciary.
