An interactive session exploring how AI is reshaping skills and HR. Discover key trends, insights, and practical ideas for the future

Join us for this interactive 60-minute session that will explore the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and skills development within the HR profession.

The speaker will introduce key concepts around AI’s impact on the workplace, including automation, augmentation, and the emergence of new skill sets.

Participants will be invited to reflect on how AI is reshaping talent strategies, learning and development, and workforce planning.

Through a mix of real-world examples, the session will challenge attendees to consider how HR can lead the way in preparing organisations and individuals for a future where human and machine capabilities increasingly intersect.

The goal is to leave participants informed and equipped with ideas to apply in their own practice.
