Get ready to learn how to navigate employee absences and keep your team thriving!
As the challenge increases around absence in the workplace and it has now reached an all-time high this year, we wanted to support you with some insights around how occupational health can be a great tool to support you with some of the absence concerns you may have.
We saw in this year’s CIPD Health and wellbeing report that it’s been highlighted that only 50% of organisations are actively effective with their efforts around reducing stress in the workplace and alongside that the cost of absence to businesses in the UK is estimated at over £100 billion per year. In the UK, around 16,000 workers permanently withdraw from the labour market each year due to workplace injury or work-related ill health, which represents a significant loss of talent, skills, and training investment for organisations.
Join us for a free online session and we’ll explore some of the challenges around sickness/ absence. how you can best utilise occupational health services and support line managers and employees to reduce absence in the workplace
