An interactive workshop navigating inclusivity in the modern workplace from hiring, hybrid working to managing performance and AI grievances

Join us for this interactive workshop presented by the Things Employment Law Team on navigating inclusivity in the modern workplace from inclusive hiring, hours and hybrid working to managing performance, absence and tackling increasingly common ‘AI grievances’.

We will explore getting the best from a cross-generational and neurodiverse workforce and how to navigate the tricky issues that arrive at your door including making reasonable adjustments, managing absence effectively, current issues concerning flexible/hybrid working, and tackling AI generated grievances.

We will also touch upon the impact of incoming Employment Rights Act provisions concerning Trade Union Access and Third Party Harassment, with updates on any other noteworthy Employment Law developments and interesting Employment Tribunal cases.
