Part of our senior leaders stream of monthly events for HR leaders delivering strategy for their organisation
Today’s HR leaders are operating in a business environment defined by rapid change, heightened scrutiny and increasing board-level accountability. AI is reshaping work, skills and decision-making; employment law and workplace regulation are becoming more complex; and organisations are under pressure to build agile, resilient, inclusive and productive workforces. At the same time, boards are looking for leaders who can connect people strategy directly to organisational performance, risk, culture and long-term value creation.
This one-hour webinar will help senior HR and people leaders understand how to translate their executive experience into credible board-level contribution. It will explore the differences between executive and non-executive roles, the typical make-up of boards and executive teams, the skills and expectations required at board level, and practical steps HR leaders can take to prepare for executive director, non-executive director or committee roles.
Further information about the session will follow.
Please note:
1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder 30 minutes prior to the event starting.
