Rebecca Peters
Senior Policy & Practice Adviser - People, CIPD
Rebecca joined the CIPD research team in 2019, specialising in health and wellbeing at work, as both a practitioner and a researcher. Rebecca now leads the CIPD’s research and policy agenda on the People Profession the Future of the Profession, dedicated to gathering insights on HR and people management practices.
Rebecca has a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Kingston University, where she conducted research on the resilience of Prison Officers. Her background in Occupational Psychology motivates her ambition to bring together research and practice throughout all the work that she does.
Catherine Qi
Head of Research, Winmark
Catherine Qi is Head of Research at Winmark, where she leads C-Suite research programmes in partnership with the CIPD. Her work brings together senior executives from FTSE-listed and multinational organisations to examine leadership transitions, workforce complexity, and the changing demands on senior leaders. Her research includes drawing on the C-Suite Priorities survey of over 14,000 executives and a series of advisory board programmes with CEOs, Chief People Officers, and Non-Executive Directors that focuses on the challenges facing senior leaders today, in addition to the transition from management to C-Suite and board-level leadership.
Clair Staines
CPO, POWWR
Clair Staines is an award-winning Chief People Officer with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, specialising in helping small and medium-sized businesses build high-performing, people-first cultures. Throughout her career, she has successfully transformed disengaged workforces into motivated, high-performing organisations by focusing on employee experience, leadership development, engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture.
