About this event

You are inseparable from your personal brand.

We all have a personal brand, whether we’re aware of it or not. Research shows that having clarity around your brand and its impact can boost self confidence, support better decision making and enhance career success. In this session we'll explore why building a personal brand matters, unpack what shapes yours and share some practical ways to develop, or refine, your own!

Speaker:

Shona Marshall

As the founder of ‘the ASM difference’, Shona is a Learning, OD & Talent Specialist who enables individuals, teams and organisations to realise their full potential by creating the place and space to have intentional conversations about what matters most.
Shona’s unique blend of corporate experience, international volunteering and practical approach to all aspects of people development brings lasting value to everyone she engages with.

Her enthusiasm for encouraging others to explore their personal brand comes from her own experience – realising a structured, and at times challenging, approach to self-reflection can be the spark needed for real personal, professional and career growth.
