This session is designed to help CIPD members strengthen their own financial wellbeing and feel more confident in managing personal finances. Delivered by Sean Bruen from Kith & Kin Financial Wellbeing, a social enterprise specialising in financial education and advice, the session will provide practical tools and expert insights to support everyday money management and major life events. Attendees will also gain knowledge they can use to support colleagues who seek guidance from HR within their organisations.
