Step into this interactive employment law workshop to explore how AI is transforming workplace relations and grievances.
This employment law workshop, focuses on the impact of AI on employment relations. When reading an employee’s grievance, do you ever get the feeling that it doesn’t sound like the employee, or you’ve seen the text, format or even the content somewhere before?
You’re not alone.
This event will explore what you need to know about generative AI’s growing role in employment disputes and some practical steps employers can take to deal with it.
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how employees are using AI in employment disputes and some practical steps they can take to deal with these issues
Speakers bio:
Lisa Kelly is an employment law partner at Muckle LLP, who provides straight-forward, commercial and strategic advice, training and support.
Lisa has a particular interest in discrimination law.
