Review the employment law landscape for 2026 in the light of the new employment rights bill.
With the Employment Rights Bill having now progressed to Law, businesses and people in HR can now look to review their procedures and consider the implications for them.
This session will also review the most recent case law and other developments which are relevant for all employers, especially smaller businesses who may not have a full-time HR function.
The event will be facilitated by Phil Ingle from Coventry and Warwickshire CIPD, and feature expert advice from Ruby Rai from Thomas Flavell and Sons Ltd solicitors based in Leamington Spa.
We are delighted to run this event in collaboration with Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.
Guest speaker's profile:
Ruby Rai is Employment Law Lead at Thomas Flavell & Sons Ltd, Leamington Spa. Ruby has over 17 years PQE, gained working within Employment, Commercial and Litigation teams in both England and the United Arab Emirates.
