18:20: First speaker - Kayleigh Bishop, Flo Right Business Solutions, on the work of John Parr; Emotional Assertiveness Model and organisational culture
Kayleigh will be stepping in to discuss the links between John Parrs Emotional Assertiveness Model and organisational culture.
John worked in the field of emotional intelligence and psychotherapy for over 40 years. In the 1990s, John introduced The Emotional Assertiveness Model, a unique approach to fostering healthy, respectful, and productive relationships in both personal and professional settings. John is the author of a number of books: Fore-Play, Fair-Play & Foul-Play, a book on The Emotional Assertiveness Model (Emotional Assertiveness®) What's Love Got to Do With It? a captivating exploration of how love is vital to survival and well-being. Parlez-vous Personality, a book on PCM (Process Communication Model®).

19.05: Third speaker - Emma Calvia, HR Director, APMG-International
Emma is responsible for leading the people enablement strategy globally and has worked for APMG since 2007. Emma has experience in all aspects of HR, with standalone responsibility since January 2018. During her time at APMG, she has led a series of HR-focused projects and initiatives. Emma believes that authenticity, empathy and collaboration are key to successful working relationships.
She is a strong advocate for continuous personal and professional development and completed her Masters in HR Management in 2009 with Buckinghamshire New University.Emma completed her MBA through the Open University in 2014 and is a Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
