About this event

Boost business performance by building a kinder culture that supports wellbeing, resilience, openness and better conversations at work

You optimise the performance of your business when you create a kind culture that drives the energy of your employees. In this session I look at the best ways of looking after our own mental wellbeing whilst being supportive of our colleagues.

Learning outcomes:

  • I explore ideas of how to create a kinder culture where people are caring, supportive and more empathic of each other’s anxieties.
  • I look at the importance of using the right language to encourage honest and open conversation about wellbeing
  • I look at how you can improve your own levels of personal resilience by becoming kinder to yourself.
  • I look at how to inspire more openness when you trust ‘it’s okay not to be okay’ and by the sharing our own vulnerabilities
  • I look at the signs to look for that someone may be struggling and how best to open-up a conversation with them
  • I look at what is considered a best practice conversation when someone approaches citing poor mental wellbeing
