In May 2026, the Senedd grows to 96 members with a new voting system. CIPD will share proposals to improve work and working lives.
Join us for a workshop, where we will share an update on our work so far, and give you an opportunity to suggest and shape CIPD's public policy priorities that we will take to the political parties as they develop their manifestos.
In May 2026 elections for the Senedd will take place. The size of the Senedd will be increasing from 60 to 96 members who will be elected by a new, more proportional voting system. Speculation is rife about what the possible result of the election could be. In the run-up to the election the CIPD will be engaging with the main parties to share our evidence-based insights and proposals to improve work and working lives.
