"For over 27 years I have been giving advice on employment law issues to both employers and employees. I represent clients in the Employment Tribunal and in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and always seek to make that process as efficient and effective as possible. I provide day to day HR advice to employers from SMEs to some of the country's largest employers, including those in the public sector. I have extensive experience of employee relations and work hard to understand clients' businesses and to work in partnership with them to achieve the outcomes that they need. I also regularly advise individuals in relation to their employment rights.
