Hosted by Mark Johnston, Chair of the CIPD Branch in North Yorkshire, with speakers Jacob Hill of Offploy and Leah De Silva of CIPD Trust​.

The event will cover:

• The benefits of supporting socially excluded people, including ex-offenders to access greater opportunities and achieve their full potential and how this could work in your organisation.

• How CIPD Trust harnesses the power, skills and experience of the people profession to empower those facing the biggest barriers to work to build a fairer, more accessible world of work.

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.
