In recognition of the breadth of our membership and accessibility for all, this year we will be hosting our formal AM online. This will enable us to reach members in all corners of the region and allow more of you to participate in the formal election of our CIPD Committee for 25/26.

You will also have the opportunity for us to introduce committee members, recognise the hard work of our volunteers past and present and share our forward look including insights from CIPD Head Office.

Speakers bio:

Amanda Callen, CPsychol AFBPsS FRSA. 

Head of Assessment Design at PeopleScout  I am a Registered Occupational Psychologist (Health and Care Professions Council) and Chartered Psychologist (British Psychological Society).  A results-orientated, evidence-based, applied psychologist, skilled at partnering with clients to identify underlying issues and articulate requirements, then facilitating and guiding methodological and organisational change with demonstrable return on investment.  I work with particular emphasis on applied social psychology and a human-centred perspective. My current work interests include understanding and building diversity in recruitment, assessment and selection and the connection between the employee experience and work productivity and performance.

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.

2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.

3. The chat function will be used for participants to engage with the webinar, so just be mindful of the login name you use and ensure you are happy for other people to see this.

4. For security reasons, it is requested that participants join the live session 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and with the same name as registered on Eventbrite as not doing so may cause a delay or non-admittance to the event.
