  1. C – Compassion: The evolving role of HR and the business case for coaching. (Value of coaching for engagement, performance, and ROI)
  2. H – Hearing: The mental health crisis and the role of coaching in creating supportive work environments.
  3. A – Active Listening: Navigating tough scenarios in HR using coaching skills (role-playing and scenario-based practice).
  4. N – Nurturing Growth: Practical coaching tools for HR (GROW model, active listening, balancing coaching with operations).
  5. G – Growth Mindset: Creating a coaching culture in HR and the organization (how to promote coaching and develop coaching programs).
  6. E – Empowerment: Action planning and commitment to applying coaching principles in HR.


We will all have a little fun getting to know each other with an interactive Icebreaker: "Dance Your Name" – An energizing movement exercise to kick off the session and get everyone in a positive, open mindset.
