About this event

What is OD&D? An opportunity for attendees to find out more about what roles are in OD&D.

This is a great event for those who want to know more about Organisation Design and Development (OD&D), or if you’re already working in a similar role to hear more about what others are doing and share insights.

We have a great range of speakers, so you’ll get diverse perspectives, tips about both starting and excelling in your career in OD&D and a great opportunity to meet others.

The event will cover:

  • What OD&D is.
  • Three 3 brilliant panel members from a range of organisations explain their work.
  • Highlighting the diversity of the profession in terms of roles eg. Some people do the work as part of being a business partner, some as a specialist team.
  • Highlighting the diversity of the profession in terms of types of work eg. from learning, culture and development, to organisation design, restructures and operating models.
  • Providing insights to attendees about getting into these roles and types of skills and experiences needed (these may be experienced HR people who want to move into this area, or entry level).
