Caroline Maycock on how apprenticeships benefit you & clients, plus insights from Robinson Grace HR’s Founder & Apprentice.
Have you considered how apprenticeships could add value to your business and keep you at the forefront of client support? Whether its enhancing your consultancy with additional capacity, creating a more sustainable way of working, or staying ahead of evolving skills and funding opportunities your clients care about, apprenticeships provide a strategic way to strengthen both your practice and your advisory impact.
Caroline Maycock from Oxford Professional Education will be speaking at the upcoming CIPD Swindon and North Wiltshire Self-Employed Network event about how apprenticeships can work for you and your clients.
She will be joined by Louise Skittrall of Robinson Grace HR who has been running a busy Swindon based consultancy for 14 years. Until last year, her experience of apprenticeships was based on advising clients how they work and putting them in contact with providers, but in 2024, Robinson Grace HR took on their first apprentice Michaela, who has been completing her CIPD Level 3 which she is due to complete in the Autumn. Come and hear their journey from both the employer and the apprentice.
