Are businesses doing enough to help both mums and dads succeed as working parents?

About this event

Are businesses doing enough to help both mums and dads succeed as working parents?

Becoming a parent is one of the biggest identity transitions someone can go through. Even though this impacts all new parents, are businesses doing enough to help both mums and dads succeed as working parents?

This is a refreshing look at parenthood in the workplace and will include:

  • Key issues women face as they navigate the transition to motherhood
  • What organisations can do to support individuals as they transition to and from parental leave
  • How to enable mums to thrive in their career as working mothers
  • The societal pressures that men face as parents
  • How to support men who want to take an active role in parenthood
  • Gender equality benefits at work and home.

There will be an opportunity to use the chat function and ask questions at the end.
