About this event

In this thought-provoking session, we will explore how OD principles can help leaders and practitioners design teams for long--term success

Leading a team isn’t just about good 1-2-1s and regular team meetings. It’s about shaping the environment your team works in – the structures, relationships, clarity and culture that enable people to thrive.

In this practical and thought-provoking session, Dani and Garin will draw on over 25 years of experience working with teams to explore how Organisation Development principles can help leaders and practitioners design teams for long-term success.

Expect to leave with:

  • A practical framework to assess what’s really helping or hindering your team
  • Fresh thinking on how to use OD to shift team dynamics, clarity and performance
  • Examples and ideas you can apply in your own context – whether you’re working with leaders or part of a team yourself

This session is for anyone in HR, L&D or OD who wants to go beyond the basics and take a more systemic approach to team development.
