This session aims to develop Allyship and the challenges HR professionals have implementing initiatives around ED&I.
In partnership with Belfast Business Promise and Diversity Mark.
Members will gain insights into how to manage EDI strategy and initiatives from a place of confidence.
We aim to support EDI discussions in a time where many professionals fear doing the ‘wrong thing’. Incorporating allyship into the organisational culture and overcoming challenges in executive decision making will enable us to speak openly and develop new strategies moving forward.
Who is the CIPD Northern Ireland Senior Professionals Network for?
This network is for Northern Ireland-based people professionals in senior roles, with responsibilities for strategy and management. These roles could include Head of L&D, Senior HR Business Partner, OD&D Manager, Head of Talent, Assistant People Director.
The network is open to both CIPD and non CIPD Members. This network is not for Independent Consultants. To be considered as a member of the network, you will be asked several questions prior to being able to register for your ticket.

1. Reminder emails will be sent to you the day before, with a further reminder on the morning of the event.
