Join us for an engaging ‘fireside chat’ with professionals and LGBTQIA+ employee resource group leaders to celebrate Pride Month.

Join us for an engaging ‘fireside chat’ with professionals and LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders within the science and healthcare industry to celebrate Pride month. This insightful discussion will explore challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ people, why ERGs are important, and how you can support staff so they feel confident in bringing their whole selves to work every day.

This is a joint event with the CIPD Branches in North Yorkshire and South Yorkshire & District, who will also be joined by Nadia Cove (Volunteer Manager, CIPD).

Questions to be invited in advance to wyork@cipdbranch.co.uk.

Hosted by the CIPD Branch in West Yorkshire committee member Rebecca Maxwell-Warrior with Jae Sloan (co-lead/founder of the Proud Science Alliance and a business coach) and Imran Ali (Global ERG Co-lead).

Jae Sloan (they/them) is an organisational development consultant, holistic coach, writer, speaker, and artist with expertise in organisational health, human performance in the context of work, inclusion and diversity, and leadership.
