Join the last in our ER series—a realistic Mock Employment Tribunal. Review evidence, question witnesses, and help decide the outcome

Join us for the last in our employment law series — a highly realistic Mock Employment Tribunal designed to provide a complete view of the employment dispute process. This session follows on from earlier events covering investigations, evidence disclosure, and bundle preparation, and now brings all elements together in a simulated tribunal hearing.

Participants will observe and take part in the decision-making process, stepping into the role of tribunal panel members alongside an experienced employment judge.

● Overview of the case

● Explanation of tribunal roles and structure

2. Presentation of evidence

● Key documents from the tribunal bundle

● Live witness testimony and cross-examination

5. Debrief & Q&A
