Please join us for our mock employment rribunal in partnership with Knights.

Experts from the Employment Team at Knights will explore a case of sex discrimination, harassment, unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal.

This will be a streamlined and interactive event focusing on the key elements of a tribunal claim, the process involved, and a live judgment will be provided at the end.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the session.


A hearing bundle will be provided to our delegates containing details of the claim including claim form, defence, witness evidence and all related documents.
