Speakers bio:

Korn Ferry is a global organisational consulting firm. Following the acquisition of the Hay Group in 2015, they continue to lead in areas including talent acquisition and retention, organisation development and design, leadership, performance, and reward. Their mission is to help clients hire the right people, develop their workforce, and unlock full potential across their organisation.

Jo Hardman is a Senior Principal in Work and Career Architecture and Total Rewards practices at Korn Ferry. Jo has extensive experience in work measurement and reward and works with clients to design and implement grading structures and career architecture to support pay structures and career progression. Jo works with clients across the public and private sectors. Jo has nearly 20 years experience at Hay Group/Korn Ferry, she is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and worked in HR prior to joining Hay Group.

James Cole is a Senior Principal in the Korn Ferry UK & Ireland Total Rewards advisory practice, with over 15 years Reward experience in both consultancy and in-house roles. He has experience across multiple sectors and brings a broad understanding from a HR and Reward perspective, with a focus on reward strategy, short term incentive design, reward benchmarking, pay structure design, job architecture and job evaluation.
