Annual Meeting followed by presentation on 'employee engagement in a hybrid and flexible environment ' by Michelle Mook, of Pro-Development.

Join us for an update on the CIPD Branch in North Yorkshire activities in the last year and a presentation from our guest speaker Michelle Mook, of Pro-Development (UK) Ltd, on employee engagement in a hybrid and flexible working environment.

Michelle Mook

Michelle is the founder and Managing Director of Pro-Development (UK) Limited based in Yorkshire providing support in all aspects of employee engagement and people development.

With over 30 years of experience of improving performance through people strategy, training, coaching and team/leadership development, she founded Pro-Development in 2011 to help the growth of businesses in and around Yorkshire and the Humber.

Winning awards from “Trainer of the Year” Gold Award in 2006 with the LPI to more recently York Press Business Personality of the Year in 2018 and Small Business of the Year in 2022, Michelle always inspires people with her energy and enthusiasm and ability to speak to people in a way that connects with them at every level.
