We will explore how today’s business challenges point to a need for exceptional managers & teams & how we can make change and improvements

Just when we thought we had got to grips with a VUCA world, there’s a perfect storm of new employment legislation, demand for growth and productivity, and global disruption of our DEI efforts. How can we, and the organisations to whom we provide professional HR services, respond?

In this one-hour interactive webinar, we explore how these challenges all point to one characteristic of exceptional managers and teams – something that we, as people professionals, can easily promote and develop in our organisations.

Session will also include the following

  • Key points of likely new employment legislation
  • Current state of productivity and myths about its causes
  • HR Practitioners will leave with practical toolkits and ideas for implementation.
