We’re delighted that Peggy Barnard of Barnard & Webb Employment Law Solicitors will be joining us once again for our annual employment law update for the Herts & Chilterns HR Indies group.

As usual Peggy will be giving us all the latest employment law changes – and there’s a lot going on! As well as some interesting recent case law and of course some time for Q&A.

About the speaker

Peggy Barnard

Peggy founded boutique employment law firm, Barnard & Co Employment Law Solutions, as a sole practitioner in May 2016. The firm went from strength to strength and in 2019, she was joined by the Jacqueline Webb, to form the partnership that is Barnard & Webb Solicitors.

Based in Hemel Hempstead but supporting individuals and organisations across the UK, Barnard & Webb specialises in advising a wide range of both employers and employees in respect of all aspects of employment law including:- contracts of employment, policies & procedures, settlement agreements, redundancies & restructures, TUPE, disciplinary & grievance matters and Employment Tribunal claims.

Peggy has been providing our annual employment law update for several years now and is well-known locally as being down to earth, approachable and sensitive – yet definitely tenacious when required!

  1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again one day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
  2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.
