We'll explore self-awareness, define how you want to be perceived, and learn effective strategies for promoting your personal brand.

Elevate your personal brand workshop will focus on:

• Increasing your visibility internally and externally.
• Self-awareness (how do you want to be seen?)
• How to promote your personal brand?
• Where can you promote your personal brand?
• How do you re-evaluate and adjust.
• We will also discuss resilience, confidence and influencing skills.

Shares her own experience of building her personal brand.

Marzena D'Arcy, (CIPD Branch in South East Scotland)

A HR leader with over 15 years’ experience driving impactful people strategies across diverse industries including oil & gas, property, hospitality, spirits, and the creative arts.

Currently serving as Head of HR at Capricorn Energy Plc, she also runs her own consultancy—Marzena D’Arcy HR Consultancy—offering commercially driven, people-focused HR support to businesses across different jurisdictions.

Known for delivering pragmatic, scalable HR solutions, Marzena has led complex transformations, and implemented robust systems and policies across both local and global teams. She partners with senior leadership teams and specialises in driving cultural change, embedding high-impact HR solutions, and aligning people strategies with business goals. She brings a particular passion for leadership coaching and development, working closely with managers to elevate capability, build confidence, and unlock team potential.
