You'll have a rapid-fire, high-impact download of what’s worked, what’s changed, and what every independent practitioner needs to know now

Join us for the final CIPD Branch in Central London event of the year for freelancers and independent consultants – a dynamic, interactive evening packed with insight, connection, and practical takeaways.

Over the past four years, Garin Rouch FCIPD and Charlie Goodman have built and led this vibrant community – curating standout events with top thinkers in pricing, marketing, sales, productivity, presentation skills and more.

This final session brings together the most valuable insights from all those sessions – giving you a rapid-fire, high-impact download of what’s worked, what’s changed, and what every independent practitioner needs to know now.

We'll also be saying goodbye to Garin, who’s stepping down from the branch after six years and celebrating everything this group has created together.

Whether you’re focused on growth, refining your offer, or simply making your business run more smoothly, you’ll leave with real strategies and fresh energy for what’s next.

Join us to:

  • Build your network with like-minded freelancers and consultants
  • Systemise your business with tried-and-tested tools and ideas
  • Take away key insights from four years of expert-led sessions
  • Celebrate the people and practices that have shaped our community
