He has produced more than 250 online courses across diverse industries—from jewellery making to sales training, leadership development, healthcare education, and technical skills—serving clients from startups to blue-chip companies including the NHS, Unilever, Lloyds Bank, and Hotmart (owners of Teachable).

Jonathan's expertise spans traditional video production and cutting-edge AI solutions. He specializes in helping training professionals leverage AI tools to create high-quality video content with custom avatars and voice cloning technology—dramatically reducing production costs while increasing output.

As a social entrepreneur, Jonathan is passionate about innovation in learning technology and giving back to the community. MotionFish reinvests profits to provide video workshops for young people with disabilities and helps diverse graduates gain employment in media.
