Our annual meeting, followed by a guest speaker focusing on how leaders and leadership development can positively impact workplace culture.
Workplace culture is a powerful driver of success. Yet it’s difficult to quantify and track, but necessary challenge leaders must face. How can an organisation develop their leaders the leadership skills, influence and shape a strong culture?
This workshop will focus on discuss above. Speakers will share their experiences on leadership development and its impact on workplace culture.

This is an interactive workshop where participants will work in groups to discuss questions posed by the facilitators and interact with speakers.
Guest speaker:
Pete Waller, Chartered FCIPD, Managing Director of On Track Learning. Pete has over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership and HR roles, having worked as an HR Director across various industries including air traffic control, aviation, manufacturing and medical devices. As MD of On Track Learning, Pete and his team, now work with businesses across the UK to help develop their people and their leaders.
