About this event

This talk is for anyone in the People profession who wants to support leaders, teams and organisations becoming world class.

Why do some teams perform better than others? According to research, the answer lies in psychological safety within the team.

Psychological safety is a scientifically evaluated measure that reflects an open group climate where employees can safely express their needs and be transparent with ideas, concerns, feedback, and failures. Psychological safety in a team forms the foundation for innovation and learning and is crucial for results, development, wellbeing, and efficiency.

During the session we’ll learn:

  • What psychological safety is and why is it important.
  • The importance of the leader in establishing and maintaining psychological safety.
  • Concrete strategies and tools for building a safe and open work environment.
  • How a Growth Mindset enhances the team's collaboration and innovation capabilities.
