Why do some teams perform better than others? According to research, the answer lies in psychological safety within the team.
Psychological safety is a scientifically evaluated measure that reflects an open group climate where employees can safely express their needs and be transparent with ideas, concerns, feedback, and failures. Psychological safety in a team forms the foundation for innovation and learning and is crucial for results, development, wellbeing, and efficiency.

About the speaker
Charlotta Hughes is an international award winning coach, published author and speaker with over 20 years experience within the fields of Coaching and Human Resources.
She’s run her coaching & consultancy practice since 2007. Her work is grounded in scientific findings and methodologies including neuroscience, CBT and the behavioural sciences, enabling individuals to work and live more productive lives with greater balance and peace of mind.
