Performance management is a critical part of every organisation’s people strategy - but is it working for everyone?
As our understanding of neurodivergence continues to grow, so must our approach to how we support, assess and develop the full diversity of talent within our workplaces.
This virtual session explores how to make performance management more inclusive and effective for neurodivergent employees.
We’ll discuss the common barriers that traditional performance frameworks can present and how small changes can have a big impact on psychological safety, motivation, and equity.
Whether you're a people manager, HR professional, or L&D specialist, this session will help you embed neuro-inclusion into your performance conversations, build trust, and unlock potential across your teams.
We’ll begin with a brief update and Annual meeting (AM) from your local CIPD branch before welcoming our main speaker and diving into the session. Let’s move beyond compliance—and towards performance conversations that truly support every mind.
