HR Discussion group: using AI in our HR and L&D teams

Join us to continue the discussion about how we will use AI in our teams in the future

In April’s discussion group we had a great conversation about how AI is being used in our teams today, looking at the opportunities, challenges, and where we might need more training or confidence to use it effectively.

In May’s discussion group we will take that conversation further. As AI becomes part of our everyday work, what policies or frameworks should we be thinking about? How do we ensure transparency, especially if AI starts playing a role in decision-making?

Whether you’re already working with AI or just starting to explore it, join us as we discuss:

• What practical steps can we take for us and our teams to feel more confident using AI effectively and safely?
• What policies or guidelines might help us use AI responsibly in HR and our wider organisations?
• How do we stay transparent about when and how AI is used?
• In the future, how will we strike the balance of human-led decisions vs AI-led decisions?

Please note:

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.
3. The chat function will be used for participants to engage with the webinar, so just be mindful of the login name you use and ensure you are happy for other people to see this.
4. For security reasons, it is requested that participants join the live session 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and with the same name as registered on Eventbrite as not doing so may cause a delay or non-admittance to the event.
