Employment law update

About this event

A chance to consider the ramifications of the current law regarding employment issues, and how that will evolve and develop in the future.

Attendees will gain an understanding of how the law is currently being interpreted through the consideration of current case studies and presentation material.

Our speakers, Nicola Barrass and Lee Whiting of Barrass Whiting LLP, will give an overview of how the law, regarding employment, will evolve and develop over the coming months, and what that means for their particular organisation.

Nicola and Lee have both specialised in employment law for more than 20 years.

Lee and Nicola will explore the following areas:

• An update on the progress of the Employment Rights Bill

• Other new/forthcoming legislation

• A round up of recent case law of interest to HR professionals and business owners.
