A presentation of employment law changes that have taken place over the last 12 months.

Guest speaker's bio:

Jane is a Legal Director for Blake Morgan who advises on a wide range of employment issues including disciplinary issues and dismissals; performance management; absence management and capability issues; handling grievances; discrimination; redundancies and business re-organisations; post-termination restrictions; employment issues relating to acquisitions and disposals including TUPE; drafting employment contracts and policies/procedures; settlement agreements, including Director exits; and Employment Tribunal claims, including representation at hearings.

6. Please note that refunds for CIPD non-member tickets will only be available until seven days prior to the event, any cancelled tickets after this will not receive a refund.
