RWK Goodman's Lauren Harkin will provide the all-important legal perspective on absence management and the effective - and correct - use of employer sponsored occupational health assessments. From pre-employment health questionnaires to disability discrimination and reasonable adjustments, Lauren will guide you through the potential legal pitfalls HR teams must avoid. A must attend session for delegates.

Lauren is a Partner at RWK Goodman specialising in all aspects of employment law including defending employment tribunal claims, drafting contracts of employment and senior level service agreements, all aspects of discrimination, complex business reorganisations and redundancy and TUPE transfers. She spends her time advising both local and national businesses as well as senior level directors. She is well known for her practical, commercial advice in employment law.
