The event will help student members on their continued professional journey to find their next role and gain advice from a specialist HR recruitment professional.

Speakers bio:

Vicky Gardner is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, holding her MSc in Human Resource Management. Vicky has over 17 years experience as a HR generalist, with over 10 years in leadership positions.

Kate Grogan is an Associate member of the CIPD, has achieved Level 7 PGDip in HR Management and has 13 years experience working within generalist HR roles within Social Care, Transport and Telecommunications Industries.

Jennifer Gaster is the Founder of HR Heads Ltd, a boutique consultancy specialising in the recruitment of senior HR professionals.

Jen focuses on recruiting interim and fractional HR talent roles including, Chief People Officer, HR Director, Head of HR, Reward, Wellbeing, OD, L&D, Change & Transformation, Business Partner and HR Manager.

Aside from continuing to grow the business, Jen is a qualified Coach, she is involved actively in guest speaking, thought leadership and the wider development of the recruitment industry.
