About this event

The session will take you through documents and evidence that must be shared with Claimants during an employment tribunal claim

The session will take you through documents and evidence that must be shared with Claimants during an employment tribunal claim – known as disclosure and what to include in an employment tribunal hearing bundle.

This session is vital for anyone involved in the tribunal process, providing clarity on:

  • The disclosure process
  • What should go into an employment tribunal bundle
  • The dos and don'ts of document preparation for hearings

This is the second in our series of expert-led, practice-based sessions designed to build your skills for conducting investigations, managing evidence, and taking part in a Mock Employment Tribunal. Whether you attend all three events or just one, each session is designed to enhance your knowledge and prepare you for the final event—a hands-on Mock Employment Tribunal.
