About this event

Join us for our online event "Annual meeting and empowered presence – Resilience through mindfulness"

After holding a short branch annual meeting, members will be treated to a wellbeing workshop designed for busy people professionals.

This wellbeing workshop will offer an introduction to mindfulness and meditation as simple, effective daily practices to support mental and emotional wellbeing.

We will be guided by Michelle Copson, who is a qualified mindfulness and meditation practitioner with over 20 years’ experience working with a wide range of audiences and organisations.

The workshop will explore 9 pillars of mindfulness, helping to gain a deeper understanding of each and how they can be applied both personally and in the workplace. By the end of the session, you will leave with practical tools to:

  1. Help reduce stress
  2. Improve focus
  3. Create space for reflection
  4. Build a foundation for continuous mindfulness practice in everyday life

Originally self-taught through personal practice, she further deepened her skills and knowledge in 2019 by qualifying to teach. These experiences have reinforced her passion for helping others to cultivate resilience, balance, and focus through mindfulness.
