About this event

Branch annual meeting (CIPD Members only) followed by a mock tribunal exploring a case of sexual harassment and the employer’s duty to take

The CIPD Branch in Lincolnshire are proud to be holding their annual general meeting at Bishop Grosseteste University along with a Mock Tribunal event. This is a great opportunity to network with other HR professionals and explore the tribunal hearing process.

All CIPD Members are invited to our annual general meeting, which will provide an overview of branch activities, an opportunity to meet the branch committee members and to vote for those standing for election and re-election. This will be followed by the mock tribunal.

Non-Members attending the mock tribunal should attend for 0930 as the annual meeting will be from 0900 to 0930.

Experts from the employment team at Knights plc will explore a case of sexual harassment and the employer’s duty to take reasonable steps, in one of the first mock tribunals to deal with the new law.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

This event may include an external speaker who has prepared their own presentation. Any views or opinions expressed by the speaker are their own and do not reflect those of the CIPD.
