About the speaker

Karan Kapoor

Karan Kapoor is the Founder & CEO of Vividh Consultancy and a seasoned Inclusion & Diversity expert with over 12 years of experience. Passionate about turning inclusion into action, he specializes in developing strategies that foster diverse, empowered teams where everyone can thrive.
