Join us for our annual meeting, focusing on neurodiversity, AI in the workplace, and networking with local experts.
What’s it like to live with a neurodivergent brain?
Claire Watson and colleagues from Arla Foods will share their lived experience.
The session will also include:
Claire Watson – Head of HR Operations UK
Claire is a chartered HR professional & people leader. A single mum of two, one of whom is diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia & dyspraxia. Autism and downs syndrome also run in her family. Her passion for optimising human performance has seen her spend more than 20 years exploring psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics, and leadership. All that combined with her professional purpose of #betterworkinglives, drives an ambition for neurodiversity to be understood to the point where leaders create an inclusive and diverse environment where their people and businesses thrive.
The human – AI collaboration: how technology is reshaping workplaces
This session will consider the following.
Jamie Hinton – Razor Ltd

Razor’s core philosophy? “People first, technology second. This approach allows us to accelerate and empower businesses across diverse industries. Jamie's fascination with the possible, combined with a relentless focus on results, drives our innovative AI strategies."
