Jayne Moorby, MBE, will share what Oxley Group do to ensure they have a skilled and motivated workforce in a competitive labour market.

Jayne Moorby, MBE, will be sharing information around the people practices within the Oxley Group Ltd, which is enabling them to compete in a challenging labour market through investing in skills and development and people practices.

Objectives:

  • Participants will learn how ongoing learning and development are essential for recruitment and retention.
  • Oxley will share their strategy around education outreach and how that supports building a skills pipeline.
  • Participants will learn about how Oxley Group’s ‘empowerment’ culture has supported retention.
  • Participants will learn how Oxley Group engage with a broad variety of groups and organisations.
  • In this informal session, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and share impactful learning experiences, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual support.
