About this event

Embark on an insightful journey to find out what happens to our brain when we have performance conversations

Embark on an insightful journey about integrating neuroscience into performance management. This event will help you understand what happens to our brain when we have performance conversations.

In addition to theoretical insights, this event will provide practical applications and case studies, demonstrating how these neuroscience-based approaches have been successfully implemented in various settings. You will leave with actionable knowledge on how to apply these strategies in their own contexts to drive change and improve outcomes in their organisations.

Moreover, the event offers a valuable networking opportunity, allowing you to connect with peers who are also interested in the cutting-edge intersection of neuroscience and performance management, and to share experiences, discuss challenges, and create innovative solutions in this area.
