About this event

Interactive workshop from Insight, giving attendees the opportunity to use Insight's new culture map to review their own organisation.

We all know that culture change is a crucial part of building dynamic, future-ready organisations but also that many organisational change initiatives lead to limited results.

This session will provide a clear definition of what "culture" is and the impact it can have on organisational performance.

Using evidence and approaches from psychology, neuroscience and behavioural science, Pip and Jemma will outline their definition of culture and how to prioritise culture change activities to have maximum impact.

You will have the opportunity to use Insight's Culture Map to identify the strengths and potential risks in your existing culture as well as working with the Insight team, and fellow professionals, to find "quick wins" to support the culture you want to strengthen and where to start more significant change.

In this interactive workshop, Pip Gwynn and Jemma MacLean from Insight will be giving attendees the opportunity to use Insight's new culture map to review their own organisation's culture.
