The current economic environment is challenging and there isn't a sector that hasn't been impacted in some way.

Chris Britton, People Experience Director at Reward Gateway Eden Red will be sharing insights into how leaders can most effectively lead in difficult times.

We will explore how to ensure people build resilience and continue to feel engaged, motivated and valued within their role and within the organisation.

During this event, we will also take the opportunity to give members an overview of past events and plans for the coming year. We will also ask for members to vote for our Committee Members as part of the formal annual meeting.
