Suzanne Penny

Suzanne is the founder of Empowered Space, a Gloucestershire based people development company specialising in career transition and leadership coaching to support individuals and organisations to navigate transitions and build high-performing teams.

With a background in corporate L&D and coaching, she empowers people to take control of their careers, adopt a growth mindset and build resilience in an evolving world of work. Using career coaching tools, personality assessments and strengths profiling, she enhances collaboration and communication in teams and equips leaders with skills to bridge generational gaps.
